Kolim Curry

1. Kolim
2. Onion, diced
3. Ginger-garlic paste
4. Drumstick, 1 inch pieces
5. Turmeric
6. Salt, to taste
7. Tomato, diced
8. Agri Masala
9. Tamarind pulp
10. Spring onion, diced
11. Coriander, to garnish

1. Heat oil. Add onion, ginger-garlic paste, drumstick pieces, turmeric, salt, tomato and agri masala. Fry till oil separates.
2. Add Kolim. Mix well. Add tamarind pulp, chopped spring onion and coriander.
