Gajar Halwa / Carrot Pudding

1. Carrots, grated, 2 cup
2. Sugar, as per taste
3. Milk, sufficient to cook carrots
4. Ghee
5. Cashew nuts
6. Cardamom powder

1. In a pan, add carrots and milk. Cook the carrots on low flame. Add more milk if required.
2. Add cashew nuts, ghee and cardamom powder. Mix well.
3. Serve hot or cold.
