Palak Shev

1. Spinach leaves, 10-12
2. Corn flour, 3-4 tsp
3. Salt
4. Oil

1. Place 5-6 spinach leaves on top of each other. Roll them up and then thinly slice them.
2. Wet your hands to separate these leaves. Add salt and corn flour to these leaves and deep fry.
